Born and raised in Rhode Island, it's hard to find a neighborhood in the Ocean State where Alicia Reynolds doesn't have a friend, a family member, or a potential perfect new home! After moving her family of five across the globe and back again several times as the kids grew up, she and her husband Jim have at long last landed back in Rhode Island. Now that the nest is empty once more, Alicia has returned to Residential Properties having never lost sight of her love of helping families discover their upsize, downsize, or right size home!

Connecting with people is a passion for Alicia. Her ability to form close bonds with clients while solving problems is her true calling. Excitement and challenges accompany any move, so her role is to handle everything personally and leverage her network of wonderful partners to facilitate the smoothest, most stress-free transaction. She works within a range of customer needs and property types all over Rhode Island and into Massachusetts.

Alicia started her career as a mortgage lender before becoming a Real Estate Agent, which gives her unique insight into navigating the market and making sound choices. Her industriousness has earned her a Five Star Professional Rising Star award for 2023 and 2022. When it comes to investing, Alicia can strategize with you on creating a property portfolio geared toward steady streams of income. From running spreadsheets and figuring out rental numbers to crunching figures, her experience in all aspects of real estate will help you reach your goal.

As a native Rhode Islander with a large family, she has relocated with her husband and three kids, all at different ages, around the world, including South Carolina, Asia, and Europe twice! She will help you at each stage of the process, whether you're finding a new neighborhood, a new town, or a new country "across the pond."
